ABOUT US

ROTARY CLUB OF CARINDALE

WHAT WE DO

Carindale Rotary regularly works on major local community projects as well as sponsoring international charities and donating a car. We host international exchange students, organise events such as the Brisbane Kite Festival, Wakerly Carols,  Adopt-A-Road scheme, and run community barbecues as well as supporting numerous local charities and events.

To keep up to date with Carindale Rotary please follow us on Facebook.

We are one of over 35,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide. Rotary members are commonly known as Rotarians and Carindale Rotarians accept the ‘Ideal of Service’ as the basis for success and happiness in our business/professional and personal lives. What Rotarians worldwide have in common is the desire to come together to make a lasting difference to communities at home and abroad.

Rotary’s overarching goal is to make a positive difference in the world by addressing humanitarian challenges, and fostering goodwill among people of all backgrounds.

Acknowledgement

Rotary Club of Carindale is very grateful for a recent grant from the Lord Mayor’s Community Fund, and in particular to Cr Ryan Murphy (Chandler Ward) for supporting our application.

This grant allowed our club to purchase much needed equipment so that we can continue to work together to make a lasting difference to our community.
